Chocolate Almond Spread
This recipe involves just two ingredients and a whole lot of flavour. It is incredibly creamy, super delicious and well worth the time to make your very own healthy version of Nutella. Spread it on cake as a great alternative to frosting or enjoy as a yummy addition to ice cream or smoothies.
2 cups raw almonds
1 cup dark, vegan chocolate chips
Place almonds in a food processor. Process for one-two minute intervals for a total of ten minutes. After ten minutes a thick almond butter will have formed. Add the dark chocolate and process for an additional 3 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and combined with the almond butter.
