Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Aside from being irresistibly beautiful, dragon fruit is super rich in antioxidants, loads of vitamin C, B vitamins and even protein! Blended with a little parsley, ginger, mango and love and you've got a smoothie to remember.

1/2 cup dragon fruit

1/4 cup mango

Small handful parsley

1, 1/4" piece ginger

4 ice cubes

1 cup coconut milk

Water (choose your consistency)
