Meet Your Instructors:
Clare Jenkinson is a specialist in Early Years Education with over 8 years of experience working internationally with young children. With a post graduate in Education Specializing in Early Years, Clare fully understands how young children learn. As well as working in the schools, Clare is a passionate swimmer and qualified British ASA Swim instructor for children age ranging from 6 months to adults and loves to share her passion for swimming with others.
As a swim instructor Clare aims to develop students swimming skills in a fun and positive way. Starting with water safety and survival skills to developing technical stroke execution students become confident and competent in the water allowing them to enjoy all aquatic environments and make use of the benefits of swimming for exercise and health. Clare is experienced in teaching infant and parent classes and has developed a scheme of lessons to allow parents to work with their children in the water. Using lots of songs, games and technical instruction Clare guides parents in developing their child’s swimming strokes allowing them to become independent and confident swimmers. Through these group classes infants learn to float, breath and move in the water developing their coordination, strength and social skills as they participate in activities alongside their parents and peers.
Clare is also available to teach older students in groups and private lessons across Panama City. Please contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information

Lauren has worked in a variety of educational, non-profit and corporate settings to promote health, wellness and educate her clients.
Today, Lauren offers workshops, events and retreats as the owner of So Fresh Living S.A.. As a Baby and Me yoga teacher, Lauren strives to involve both parents and their little ones in movement, song and stretching. In these classes, parents are encouraged to allow their children to explore the mat and even the surrounding area. Parents are welcome to follow as much or as little of the movements as they would like. Yoga with young children is fun, active and sometimes a little crazy. However, Lauren works with parents to develop a stimulating and exciting atmosphere within which children can feel safe, have fun and learn about their growing bodies.
Lauren offers Nutritional consulting and private yoga classes across Panama City. Please contact her here.
